9up Ultimate

9up Ultimate is not a sportswear company – it’s a group of Ultimate-addicted friends that weren’t satisfied with just playing and wanted to make Ultimate an important part of their everyday lives.

9UP Ultimate was born from a dream of two Italian players, Moreno Scalise and Luigi Taborelli. We wanted to offer high quality products at affordable prices together with a fast and friendly service – something that was missing in Italy at the time.

We’re based in Como, a region historically known for its weaving culture; sometimes we feel we’re continuing an old tradition.

In 2014 we established a close relationship with a supplier in Como, which produces and sells our range of Ultimate sportswear.

In 2015 we added a new member to the team, Alessandro Somaini, a former Italian national player with extensive experience in the Ultimate world.

Today 9UP is international; more than 60% of Italian teams choose to wear our uniforms. In addition, we have dressed – with great pride – the Italian national teams for three consecutive years.

Our early sales network was made mostly of friends and former game opponents. Now we have many customers, and new friends, all over Europe and the United States.

We only produce fully customizable sublimated sportswear.

Together with our manufacturing supplier we have made important investments, and now we can count on six operating plotters, a continuous calendar (able to transfer 180 cm wide fabrics, that allows to print XXL sizes), four specialized technician and two graphics specialists.

All our products are 100% made in Italy, from the raw fabrics to the final jersey.
